What is National College Football Signing Day?
February 4, 2009, is the first day is the first day high school football players can sign a letter of intent to attend a specific college. Some call this day a National Holiday! Most of the high profile players will sign on 2/4/09, but this process can drag on for weeks.
If a player is lucky, he will be announced on ESPN.
